Get Set Up Before Entries Open

You can register for CompAdmin Pro before entries open. We strongly recommend setting everything up in advance, it makes the entry process much quicker on the day.

  • Create your CompAdmin Pro account early
  • Add your dancers and competitors to your account
  • Add all your routines in advance — this saves a lot of time when entries open

Step by Step

Entering Your Dancer

1

Select Category

Choose the category of dance first — for example, Solo, Duo, or Troupe.

2

Select Genre

Click on the appropriate genre — for example, Classical, Jazz, or Tap.

3

Choose Age Section

Select the correct age section for your dancer. The system will only allow eligible dancers to be added to each section, so it won't let you accidentally enter the wrong group.

📅 Age is calculated as at 1 January 2026
4

Add Competitor

Select the dancer entering that section. If you've added your dancers in advance they'll appear here ready to select.

5

Add Routine

Allocate the correct routine to the entry. If you added routines before entries opened, they'll be ready to pick from here.

Music Uploads

You can upload your music during the entry process, or add it later via your CompAdmin Pro account. Just make sure all music is uploaded before the festival.

Important

Championship & Scholarship Entries

If your dancer is entering a Championship or Scholarship section, you must add all routines first in the Routines section of your account before starting your entries. Then allocate the correct routine to each section when completing entries.

Example — Classical Championship

  • 1. Add 2 Classical routines under "Routines" and name them clearly: "Classical – Open" and "Classical – Champ"
  • 2. When entering, allocate one routine to the Open Classical section
  • 3. Allocate the other routine to the Championship section
Duos & Trios

Entering a Duo or Trio

Only one parent needs to enter the duo or trio on behalf of the group. That parent will need to add the other dancers as competitors, including their full name and date of birth.

A competitor fee will only be charged once per competitor. We will map all competitors in the system to ensure they are correctly linked across duos, trios, and troupes.
